Top Leadership has always been a problem in India.This trend started emerging after Panditji's daughter pitched in for the PM's post after the demise of shastriji ,but nowadays it has become more of a alarming pattern in India's politics. We seem to be in a chaotic situation as the emergence of leadership in India has slowed down considerably . The bulk of this leadership has been coming only from a few "BIG" families. The GANDHI'S are leading from the front at the centre followed by strong regional empires in the states which include the Karunanidhi confusion(as the family is called famously for its complex relations), the YSR clan in AP where the legal heir is moving forward both in corruption and politics, the simple but slowly emerging scindias in MP and not to forget the abdullas at the top of our head.
Due to these patterns the power is rested only with those families and is not evenly distributed. It has become more of a monopoly where the psychophants are the key benefactors.
I call this alarmimg because India will be facing a serious drought in the coming days. Just because Rajiv gandhi was such a great administrator ,his son cannot be taken for granted on the same. The same with the others. We cannot rely on these spoiled brats who eat up their father's property for half of their lives and come into the main stream to carry forward the family legacy just because they dont have anything else to do.
I still dont understand what people like priya dutt. milind deora, sachin pilot,jyothiraditya scindia,jagan mohan reddy, stalin , alagiri,mulayam's son etc can do this country. Their survival in today's politics is a clear indication that we dont have options at the top. If we had, then these Clans would have ended long back instead of burdening the people.
The presence of these leaders as leaders is not a sign of encouragement for youth to opt politics as a serious career as even the worthful are being suppressed for a Price by the clans. The student leaders of the respective student wings are nowhere to be found once they are elevated to higher levels.We cannot let someone like a Jaganmohan reddy who is just Banking on his dad's fame to rule us. Then what should happen in this country? What is the Solution?
I dont know the solution. May be you have one which even i am waiting for. How to strengthen the indian political banch and who can do it? Welcome to this new world of finding out multiple solutions and choosing the best one. I would like all who have read this article to give a suggestion as to how canm this be improved?
And on this closing note, even a Revolutionary Leader Like KCR has a son like KTR waiting to replace him or second him in the party.

ReplyDelete"Their survival in today's politics is a clear indication that we dont have options at the top."..These lines are very true..india at present is short of leaders..this situation is completely different to that in the past..i see two solutions in this matter..the first one cant exactly be told as a solution..i would like to write it later in the passage..coming to the second solution..India is facing many problems right now..be it leadership-less politics,corruption,poverty,aids,black money etc..all these ,they only seem to ampify in future but not filteted..coming to politics..the situation can be compared to a train whose engine is not working..no doubt indian politics has great leaders even now, who are like ac coaches of a train ,it even has people with 'dirty' minds who are like general coaches(i dont mean to say general coaches are dirty..im only comparing the politicians character wid the facilities in the coaches )..and also half sincere politicians who are like sleeper class..normally we have more sleeper classes in a train..but it is unfortunate that we have more general class politicians..wat ever may be the case..one would not bother so much about da class if he reached the destination..THIS WOULD BE THE CASE ONLY WHEN THE ENGINE IS IN GOOD CONDITION..if da engine itself is not working..then the train does’nt move forward.. there would only be a '?' of wats going to happen next..
if we catch the rope of all these problems..they only lead to one place..it is the mind of the being,which claims him as human(most of the times he is not)..the human mind is the source for all good and bad..there woud be no point in discussing this matter if the mind randomly thinks good and bad..then only luck or fate matters..but the most interesting part is ..it has the choice to choose..wat im trying to say is..it not possible change the system over night..we should go to the roots of it and then try to uproot ..since we came to a decision that the mind is playing all these games, the problems would be definitely solved if the mind thinks the right things(things which take the country forward)..for that they have to choose the right choice of how they have to be..we cannot make the current unfit people to make the right choice..coz they have already made one..it is only in their hands whether to change..but that seems quit difficult..so atleast if we can make the coming generation to make the choice..then our grand children will see wat we wanted to see..ONE CAN MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE ONLY IF THEIR EDUCATION SYSTEM IS RIGHT..that is the base for everything that is happening in the world..if a person is given a strong base of moral erthics..and a crystal clarity of where they would take him..he would feel guilty every time he peforms even a small mistake..a person who fears to perfom a theft or a murder performs the act of corruption without fear because most of the people around him do it and not the first two..wat if most them are not corrupt..he would not dare to put the hand under the table..this would only happen if a generation is given a strong base of moral ethics and that’s wat is not happening in our schools now..this the main reason for any problem which India is facing now including politics..i would like to end it with a simple example..if u have a cup filled with a water colour ,say red,but u want only the water excluding the colour..all ur attemps would go in vain if u try to filter out the colour..even if u use the best filter still some colour remains..such is its concentration.. there is no use even if there is some colour if ur filling the cup again with red..instead if we continuously fill the cup with water, ..the coloured water gets diluted and an overflow of coloured water takes place..keep filling with water..after some time

Coming back to my first solution..its more like a satire.. every school has captains in every passing batch.. some batches have good captains and some don’t..WE JUST HAVE TO WAIT FOR A GOOD BATCH..
