Bench Strength
Top Leadership has always been a problem in India. This trend started emerging after Panditji's daughter pitched in for the PM's post after the demise of shastriji ,but nowadays it has become more of a alarming pattern in India's politics. We seem to be in a chaotic situation as the emergence of leadership in India has slowed down considerably . The bulk of this leadership has been coming only from a few "BIG" families. The GANDHI'S are leading from the front at the centre followed by strong regional empires in the states which include the Karunanidhi confusion(as the family is called famously for its complex relations), the YSR clan in AP where the legal heir is moving forward both in corruption and politics, the simple but slowly emerging scindias in MP and not to forget the abdullas at the top of our head.
Due to these patterns the power is rested only with those families and is not evenly distributed. It has become more of a monopoly where the psychophants are the key benefactors.
I call this alarmimg because India will be facing a serious drought in the coming days. Just because Rajiv gandhi was such a great administrator ,his son cannot be taken for granted on the same. The same with the others. We cannot rely on these spoiled brats who eat up their father's property for half of their lives and come into the main stream to carry forward the family legacy just because they dont have anything else to do.
I still dont understand what people like priya dutt. milind deora, sachin pilot, jyothiraditya scindia, jagan mohan reddy, stalin , alagiri, mulayam's son etc can do this country. Their survival in today's politics is a clear indication that we dont have options at the top. If we had, then these Clans would have ended long back instead of burdening the people.
The presence of these leaders as leaders is not a sign of encouragement for youth to opt politics as a serious career as even the worthful are being suppressed for a Price by the clans. The student leaders of the respective student wings are nowhere to be found once they are elevated to higher levels. We cannot let someone like a Jaganmohan reddy who is just Banking on his dad's fame to rule us. Then what should happen in this country? What is the Solution?
I dont know the solution. May be you have one which even i am waiting for. How to strengthen the indian political banch and who can do it? Welcome to this new world of finding out multiple solutions and choosing the best one. I would like all who have read this article to give a suggestion as to how canm this be improved?
And on this closing note, even a Revolutionary Leader Like KCR has a son like KTR waiting to replace him or second him in the party.

Battling The Monster
Starting in the building blocks of our body,
Spreads randomly making us feel shoddy.
It grows in us like a painless obnoxious weed,
Trying to destablilize and demoralize us until we concede.
It thinks that it is the king inside
Happy that we fell prey and it can completely reside.
Unware of the opponent that can conquer it
It tries to capture all that makes us fit.
In the process of looting our body and making us nothing
This dear friend encounters something
This I call The Human Resolve
Which Has an undefeated history whose mystery one can never solve
This resolve has taken us to the unending skies where no one has reached before
This resolve has taken us to greater depths in terms of technology and innovations
This resolve has taken us to newer horizons defeating all the enemies who try to win against us
And with the same resolve we face an enemy today called cancer
We can conquer this enemy with resolve in the battle field
With all the medical advancements as a supporting shield
We need to make our minds very strong
As that gives us the extra Grit to fight it out all along.
Let us Salute our Brothers and sisters
Who are fighting and defeating these growing monsters
We will treat them with utmost care
As they are the soldiers fighting CANCER with everlasting dare
These Soldiers are god's special children
Taking all the pain which one can never even dream
Inspiring us to fight with the Real Cancers in the world
Called corruption, terrorism ,racism, regionalism and hunger.
We all Should Raise our voices and pray
To cure CANCER that has come our way
Leaving it completely at an unidentified bay
Bringing happiness that will forever stay.

True Lies
On January 30, 1948 our country lost its father. In a broader sense it has lost a visionary, who gave a direction to the nation on how it should run. He left us but left to us great ideals which would lead help us frow into a stronger nation. The most important of which are TRUTH & NON-VIOLENCE.
We talk & debate so much about gandhi even today. Debate because some of his "stratagical" mistakes have seen light, talk about him not taking the extremist way, dub him as anti-bose. Unfortunate that we dont have the entire nation admiring that man but lets get some things straight .
Truth and non-violence are the toughest things in this world that can ever be practised. Telling the truth is surely next to impossible nowadays. To a mother a 5 year old son lies that he has stomach ache just not to go to school, to a father a son lies that he needs money for paying fee but not for a cinema ticket, to a wife the husband lies that he stopped smoking, to a girl friend a boy friend lies that he cannot live without her, to a boss an employee lies that he was stuck in the traffic jam for coming late, to the people a politician lies that he is uncorrupt and to the country the government lies that all their problems will be solved. Day in and day out we lie for everything and we cannot live without lying for two reasons
1) a Lie Satisfies all
2) a Lie is easier to say
It is not that but we all fear Truth because we know the Power of truth. Truth is so powerful that we cannot even live under its rays. Life becomes very very difficult even if in one of the above cases we start saying truth. Truth is always bitter as it sometimes breaks faith, breaks belief , breaks trust and more importantly breaks hearts. So inorder to build on the above we break truth itself and live in fear. Fear to face reality.
why is it we lie? We lie because we do not have the guts to face the reality, to escape embarassment,to satisfy our ego and to take a simpler path. It all sums up to FEAR. We FEAR truth because we are full of mistakes and we are making this world into a lie.
Truth is Pure. Its like fire which can be the light for those in darkness as well kill those who play it. It is the righteous path that can lead all of us to salvation. It is divine speaking which one gets to know one's real potential and the god inside and do wonders. It teaches you life in a difficult way but a life worthwhile and which can be remembered for ages. It brings new Enemies but eventually they succumb in front of Truth. Truth hurts you instantly but also relieves you from the guilt of not speaking it (a lie makes u happy instantly but hurts u permanently in the longer run). The values and relations which one builds around truth are always strong withstanding any tremor , but the ones built around lies seem stronger but will crumble to the smallest of the quakes.
Gandhiji spoke the truth and asked us to do the same and hence we hate him. He did something throughout his life which we cannot imagine doing even for a day. Lets put our hands on our heart and rewind backward to the day on which we spoke only the truth and not even a single lie. If there is one such day in our lives then am sure Gandhi would be a proud man. For all those who hate gandhi Speak truth for a week and then you will know his value and for all the lovers start speaking the truth atleast now to prove ur love and respect. Tribute to the great man.

Celebrating India
Who makes us proud in this country? What makes us proud to be indians? Is it Sporting brilliance that really makes us proud or is it a film persona's wax statue at madame tussauds? Does it come from the rich talent we have in music or from the tycoons who are the richest in the world? Do such achievements and brilliance supercede our problems or are those a sigh of relief for us from our regular hectic? Do individuals make us proud or does the fact that they belong to this land makes us? Top 3 Things Worth celebrating in this country..
The Indian Army for the amount of sacrifices they undergo to ensure you and I have a good sleep by guarding us 24*7. Not only during the wars but always.
The Indian Labour for the kind of conditions they work in for very little money, without whose support or presence our life would surely be running into a never ending jam. Infact the country would run into one. We depend so much on them.
The Indian Village community who still stay in those villages with less than minimum infrastructure and are responsible for the food we consume and waste everyday. I earn as much asmuch in a month how much a farmer with 1 acre land earns in a year. He spends as much money in a month how much I spend on a weekend outing. I enjoy current 24*7 but he enjoys not more than 8*7. And still he works more than me and more than all of us. He does the riskiest and the most les profitable business in the worls and we exploit it . Thanks to him that our country is still Stable in economy and growth.
Do we celebrate them often? Do we remember them atleast once a day? Food, comfort and External security is guarenteed thanks to them. Do we have atleast one award or one reward in recognition of our farmers? how do we thanks our these communities who are the real pillars of the national? do we or the government really recognize them r do we take them for granted? For me its really the Greatest service they are doing to the nation and are most worthy of being celebrated in this country filled with excelling talented entertaining celebrities.
Isnt That true patriotism? isn't it the real way of serving the country? Doesnt serving the country mean serving the people in the country? Arent they worthy of celebrating every moment?
Lets celebrate india as a whole by giving them more faciliteis , improving the infrastructure, making things a bit more comfortable for the ones who keep us comfortable all the time. Lets recognize and celebrate them more often like the others.
On this note Top 5 Individuals worth Celebrating(my Opinion) :
Azim Premji
Sunderlal Bahuguna
Medha Patkar
Ramakrishna Mission
Narendra modi
Lets Celebrate True India and Indians with due respect to the individual performers.

ankitham
its a long time now since ive written my first post on a long hot summer night when evryone was in the midst of a very good sleep. as soon as i finished that one i pinged one person and asked him to read about it.. now today i sit in this office wanting to write something and always when i want to write someting about someone agen and agen the only one that comes to my mind is him... i started off with him and would it be correct to write about him again?? is it that i dont have anyone else to write on?? is it that i dont have any other friends or say great freinds?? is it that i cant write on anyone else?? because when ever i think of riting my mind still wants to write more and more on him and why id that??
it is that i extremely enjoy when i write about him and writing about him takes me down a memory lane where i live and pass very comfortably.. writing about him makes me feel so excited that my rusty brain starts picking up pace and words seeem to flow automatically... and the thought itself of writing about him gives enuf pressure to the adrenalin inside me and makes it flow vigorously... and so here i am writing about the most amazing person one can ever come across .. a man of words (actions dont matter if ur words are so powerful).. the joshh machine.. the ever lively loverboy(no comments).. presenting my second post and its Protagonist Akil Karthik
now a boy like him can do anything and everything.. this was not what i believed few years ago when i was a kid... tejo ganesh(doddi ganesh) akil karthik and me ( called doddiraj by akil) had some amazing fun in school.. superb incidents which i even laugh today were the ones which involved noel sir and akil... noel sir would get gaalis from akil on the pretext of talking in telgu with noel sir.. the way he would pronounce those gaalis without noel sir understandin them was amazing... i remember the day he openly challenged Sridevi teacher on something inmaths.. boyy u need guts for that.. the day in 5th class when he won the maggi quiz in which even i was one of the participant.. i was so jealous that day that i didnt win but anyhow that coveted encyclopedia he received that day is still with me..the day he fell down and the after and before effects.. some very naughty incidents all are super fresh in my mind.. especially the way he used to run and play football(hahaha).. super... so many so many incidents and fun together... so many laughters together.. so many excuses for not coming out especially becoz of his sharmas.. so many jokes and gossips on sinu sir at sharma nd not to forget that nagalaxmi or someone his frnd at that place...
so many of such... but that days we knew about his sense of humor but not his writing skill .. use of that humor in language.. use of that little mind to write some of the biggest and complicated thing... and more importantly when he write she uses more of his heart than his mind... thats y i like to write about him may becoz he is more of a man of heart rather than mind like most of his critics (our critics)... one thing he is not afraid of criticism at all and the more his critics propell him a=the more the chances of them digging thier own grave.. had so much fun offlate facebooking and it has become that way just because of him.. may be i was an akil addict on facebook rather than a facebook addict... and few lines he uses few of his posts am sure for sure would be some of the best ever written in the history if publicized enuf.. truly amazing.. if a man can write think and analyze to that extent he is called a super human being and he is one... recalling "under achievers" may be even after 50 years down the line when we would be recalling our younger days and would surely talk about "under achievers' am sure whatever akil would have achieved by then even if he is a nobel laurette may be still i would call him an underachiever.. he is always an underachiever irrespective of whatever he achieves because so are my expectation son him which never die...
its been a long time since we had those kind of private chats which would charge me up and for sure if there is a reason i miss hyderabad he is one of them... even if i dont talk to him evryday or even once ina month even if i cannot meet him even when i visit hyd even if whatever he is always there in the preferrence list and my mind still tries tobe inhis shoes before deciding on anything... may be if there is some one i admire so much for intellectual profoundness filled with enough flavuor for other things too u know the obvious answer..
and finally on an ending note sending a strong note to the ones at stake... better dont be late friends and miss out on him.. u never know the value of the train u are about to board with a reserved ticket until its there on the platform waiting for you... but once it departs and u still are left on the platform u are the most foolish on the planet.. there might be alternatives but u lost out on the best foolishly... may be u will wait for another train and travel in another mode totally but The journey with akil Express will be like the palace on wheels ... its matchless fasthest and most reliable.
P.S. i havent edited a single line or even a single word in writing this.. i havent even stopped for a minute .. there mite not be a proper structure to this like the previous.. i didnt even think a word before riting and am not thinking even 1 as i write... on whom else can i write so freely barring my family and on whom else can i write so lovingly... this is a dedication post.. not to him but to me... i dont know how quickly the third one will be coming...

CORRIDORS OF POWER
Just like everything else even power can be classified broadly into various categories which have their own control mechanism. Classified into 4 P's
1) Political power
2) Police power
3) Press power
4) Public Power
lets start in ascending order as first comes the power of you and me 'The Power Of Public', this is an imaginary power just like the bhoot in a ram gopal varma's film, in practical terms this power has been nullified nowadays by various means which we wil be talking soon. the corridors of people's power have been laid with a very great foundation but hardly we use it.. indeed we sold off this power or rather say outsourced this one for greener pastures called temporary "laalach".. ideally the nation has to be up and running on the pillars of this corridor but where is it happening???
next comes "The Power Of Press" , very powerful. have a very firm grip on the public, if they say that 2 into 2 makes 3 most of us blindly believe it.. they are powerful because some of them can shake the other corridors with their weapon, they are dangerous and capable of any interpretation.. they were pretty good until money started flowing in their corridors.. again "laalach" the greedy.. weakened the strongest pillars of the nation...
"The Power Of Police",very powerful.. the Komaram Pulis, DCP Ramchandras and Vikram Rathores... ya i stand by it.. very powerful against the goons in the movies but against common people in real lives... they exert their power to threaten and steal more than the thieves .... they are legal stealers.. they steal money from the offenders and also steal the show like in movies when they come in the end after everything as happened .... ideally speaking they have to be the watchgods of the nation but they have become watchdogs in the corridors of the rich and the more powerful... again the cause is "laalach".. would really love to see a real komaram puli or a dcp ramchandra for a break..
now comes the real comedy , "The Power Of Politicians", i never would agree with my mom when she used to say that servants are more powerful than the owner but she is absolutely right..
the ideal example for the question of "what happens when your servant runs your home?"
the answer " Our home Becomes like INDIA"
.. ya they run our nation and this is what happens when the public sell their power.. we sold it at the cost of a liquor bottle ,a saree or a high denomination note and your servant has come and occupied your place.. we are a crumbling nation today bcause only money floats in these corridors .. this corridor is overcrowded with the puppets called chamchas of politicians and politicians themselves ... but one thing i like about them which we all should learn is their ethics when it comes to sharing.. they share everything among themselves leaving nothing reamaining to reach the corriodor of public.. they even funnell out small amounts to the corridors in the next two hops to ensure than the most powerful of all will be silenced... they enjoy the real power and thats y we stand where we stand today.. in the gutters of poverty and powerlssness..
MORAL: take your share and get out.. big or small we all are doing the same in all the corridors.. this sharing business is choking our voice and thought...
The descending Order is the solution but how do we do it is the confusion
